Refund Policy

At Muniba.Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must also be in its original packaging.

before returning any item to receive the return instructions.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

with your order details and photos (if applicable).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
